Air Tickets

Main things should include in a air ticket

• Name as per the passport. Eg : SURNAME / OTHER NAMES TITLE
• Correct flight details.
• Departure and arrival times – Please note flight times given in 24 hour clock (00:00 = Mid night 12)
• Ticket Number – 13 digits number
• Reservation code or PNR (Passenger Name Record)
• Baggage allowance (Check – in bags weight and hand carry bag weight)( number of bags can carry)
• Penalties of a ticket as below

Date change       = Fees charged to change your travel date

Refund                = Fees charged to cancel your ticket and get the money back ( If refundable)

No show              = Fees charged if you miss the flight without canceling it before flight departure

Date Changes

For your holding tickets bought from outside from Sri Lanka, If you want to change the date , don’t kill a day in Colombo, we can help you to change your travel date on most airlines and mail the new ticket to your email. please mail us below documents and transfer the correct penalty fee if any. same day we will be reissuing your ticket with concern airline.( This service available during office times only)
